Do I need approval from my company? No, although many organisations will cover the cost. If needed, we can provide a summary to help you explain the value to your manager.
Is this relevant if I still do hands-on work? Absolutely. This program is designed for people leading from within, balancing delivery with leadership. You don’t need to be in a full-time leadership role.
What if I’m not a people person? You don’t need to be. Leadership is about clarity, trust and structure, and those are all things you can learn.
How much time is involved? Programs are customised to your specific needs, so we can work with you on availability and duration of sessions in your program. Sessions are generally spaced out and practical so you’ll have time to apply what you’re learning between sessions.
How soon will I see results? Many people notice a difference within the first few sessions, especially in how they handle difficult conversations and set expectations with their team.
Is this leadership mentoring, coaching or training? It’s a mix of all three. You’ll get practical tools, structured support and the benefit of real-world experience from facilitators with over 60 years combined experience in commercial leadership.
