Our Joint Venture & Project Leadership alignment program is tailored to your specific needs through four phases. At each stage you will receive support and mentoring for your leaders on improving individual performance and team dynamics. They will understand how to remove the ‘difficult’ and have productive supportive conversations. This will shift the leaders from being reactive to constructive, creating a high-performing project team.
PHASE ONE: DIAGNOSE
When projects are in distress, it can be challenging to uncover what’s really going on. Everyone has an opinion. Our first step is to understand the real issues for the project leadership and key project stakeholders.
PHASE TWO: DESIGN
Each project/JV alignment program is designed to address the specific challenges within the project. Together we tailor the content and structure of the program to meet your specific needs.
PHASE THREE: DELIVER
As the project/JV leaders step through the program, they will agree and align improving their leadership dynamic. The approach and expectations of each other will be documented in their project charter – a living document that defines exactly how the leadership team will work together.

That varies from project to project and how long the leaders have been working together. Generally, the earlier we work with the leadership team, the quicker you will see results.
Is this just for senior leaders or for everyone?
It’s for everyone if that is what is needed. We initially work with the core leadership team responsible for project outcomes — this can include project directors, sponsors, functional leads, and key partner representatives. We can then support the wider teams as appropriate to achieve the outcomes you need.
Is this mentoring, coaching or training?
It’s a mix of all three. You’ll get practical tools, structured support and the benefit of real-world experience from facilitators with over 60 years combined experience in commercial leadership.
