As co-founder of Leadership Creativity, Craig actively seeks out new ways he can drive outcomes for his clients.
Craig brings a wealth of commercial experience to his clients following a successful 25-year career working in corporate, government and multinational organisations including 15 years as an independent consultant. Craig has led teams in delivering multimillion dollar projects, company take overs, mergers and major outsourcing initiatives. He has had the opportunity to be involved in and lead multiple major transformation programs and has extensive experience in risk & issue management, relationship management, leadership development, outsourcing, and building high performing teams.
Over the course of his consulting career, Craig built a reputation for thriving in challenging and at times, chaotic environments, finding approaches and solutions that deliver to the desired outcomes where others could not. He brings this energy and determination to support his clients address their challenges and deliver results.
Craig has observed first-hand what makes some leaders successful whilst others struggle and underperform. He brings this knowledge and experience to help his clients expand their thinking to find new and innovative approaches to be the best they can be creating the results they require.

Craig is focused on supporting his clients to improve leadership, communication, productivity, resilience and engagement. He enables his clients and their teams to shift to high performance, helping them to overcome the fears and stresses that business presents.
Craig builds leadership capability in his clients to ensure they have a strong awareness of the key attributes for success. Craig believes clarity is paramount and helps his clients find the strength and certainty they need to drive the outcomes they seek.
Craig’s aim is to help people realise their power, he is tenacious in his approach and provides honest and direct feedback to move his clients forward. Craig is highly focused on his client’s needs and committed to help them build greater levels of success.

I realised that many leaders need some additional support, strategies, tools and skills to get the results they desire. My focus is to help them bridge any gaps and deliver their outcomes.”
Craig’s Qualifications
Craig is a marketing graduate, certified coach and certified NLP Master. He is an active community volunteer and serves as a Board Member for a highly successful industry organisation and on various committees.
