I have had the privilege of working with Craig Morris for the last six months, and his guidance has profoundly transformed my outlook on my work, my role, my behaviour, and my impact as a leader. Craig has taught me invaluable lessons about self-talk and self-belief, which have significantly enhanced my leadership capabilities.
 
I first met Craig at a conference I attended with my practice owner. At the time, we were grappling with one of the most challenging HR issues we had ever faced, which forced me to confront the mistakes I had made. Acknowledging this was one thing, but knowing how to change them was an entirely different challenge. Within minutes of our first conversation, Craig pointed out that I was a perfectionist—a label I vehemently denied, though my practice owner agreed. This was a pivotal moment for me, as it demonstrated Craig's ability to see aspects of myself that I couldn't, and I realised he could provide me with the tools to navigate out of the difficulties I had created.
 
Six months on, I am proud to say that my outlook has completely shifted, and the culture of our team has become much more positive. Craig's coaching has helped me understand the significant impact I can have as a leader and the crucial importance of effective communication. I am now a better leader than I have ever been, and I owe much of this growth to Craig's insightful and supportive coaching.
