Anna and Craig were delivering their quarterly leadership download webinar with 20+ people online… when the tech collapsed halfway through. Not a small glitch, a complete shutdown. What a disaster! One moment they were deep in the content, the next the laptop died. When it finally restarted, half the attendees were waiting… but Zoom wasn’t. No control panel. No ability to share slides. No way to run the session the way they’d planned. Just that sinking feeling in the stomach and the realisation that this is not going to be the session we envisaged.

So they steadied themselves, and kept going. No slides. No controls. No safety net. Just doing the best they could for the people who stayed with them. Because letting them down wasn’t an option.

And once the session ended, apart from feeling pretty horrible, they made a call to re-record the whole webinar the way it was meant to be!
